Christmas Extravaganza

The weather outside was frightful during the Christmas season, but we had a wonderful time with family in spite of having to be flexable due to the weather. My folks came up early in the week of Christmas to miss the storm that was coming. Already that week, we had celebrated with the Dixon/Aroum family for Dave's birthday and Christmas for the kids. My sister Tina came to our house on Christmas Eve and with the exception of my brother due to weather, we all headed to Salina to celebrate with my Grandparents. We had a fun time and ate wonderful food. We left just in time to beat the storm and then hunkered down for the next several days. We actually got snowed out of Topeka, so my folks and Tina hung out at our house, as the plan was to spend a few days there with my brother John.. My got to play games, put together a puzzle, eat a lot of food, and just enjoy being together. Below are a bunch of pics from our time together.

Elaina coloring with Auntie Tina, who gave her the crayons and paper.
Playing in mommy's sock drawer. One of her favorite past times.
Fun with mommy's hat. She wore it all around the house for quite some time:)
That's a target for his bow and arrow in case you were wondering.

I think she's more excited about her nose than the gift:)
Finally getting to open her present from us.
Elaina having fun handing out Christmas presents to everyone (actually trying to help open them)!
Cuddling up on Grandpa's lap on Christmas Day.
Somebody's excited to see what's in his stocking:)
Opening her stocking on Christmas day.
Elaina singing and dancing with Auntie Tina while singing Christmas carols.
My handsome husband playing Christmas carols at Mimi's on Christmas Eve.

Playing catch with Great Grandpa Joe and Daddy on Christmas Eve.
Eating some animal crackers that she got for Christmas.
Opening her gifts from Kasey and family. Kasey's daughter Mina is to the left watching.
